Order Cancellation
Return
- We accept returns within 7-days from the date of delivery.
- Please ensure while returning, the product and the packaging are in the same condition as it was delivered.
- If you wish to return , you can raise return request in your Ethiyo account, or you can also drop us an email (care@ethiyo.com) mentioning which items you would like to return.
- Our staff will arrange pickup of the T-shirt from your home and will also share the tracking details with you.
Exchange
- If the customer is willing to exchange his / her product into the time-line of our return policy (within 7 days).
- The customer has to ship the particular product to our address mentioned on the website.
- Once the parcel is received at our end and checked by QA team we will ship the required / changed product in next 24 hrs.
- All the details will be shared with you through email.
Refund
- If the customer is willing to get the refund of the product.
- Our staff will arrange pickup of the T-shirt from your home and will also share the tracking details with you.
- If you had paid online using cards / online banking – we will refund the amount to the same account.
- If your order was Cash on delivery then – the package will be first picked up from your end and once the parcel is received at our end the respected team will contact you through email / phone call for your bank details and the order amount will be transfered to the account details given by you.
Order Cancellation
- If the customer cancels the order within 3 hrs from the time of the order placed, we will accept the cancelation.
- If the cancelation is requested after the 3 hrs from the order placed, we are sorry, we cannot accept the cancelation request.
- Only in special case if there just anything to be updated in the size section, shipping address, contact info, etc will be entertained, if properly described in the mail.
